What are the operational steps for accessory processing?
Accessory processing refers to the use of lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, polishing machines, and other machinery to process raw materials (stainless steel, copper, aluminum, iron) into various parts according to customer drawings or samples, such as screws, motor shafts, model car parts, fishing gear accessories, speaker product casings, mobile power supply casings, etc.
Operation steps for accessory processing
1、 All employees are required to check if their clothing meets the job requirements before entering the workplace. Do not wear slippers, high heels, or clothing that may affect safety. Those with long hair must wear a safety helmet. Maintain the correct posture while working and have sufficient mental energy to cope with the work. If you feel unwell, immediately leave your work post and report it to your leader. During operation, one must concentrate their thoughts, avoid casual conversations, and cooperate with each other. Operators should not operate in a state of irritability or fatigue to avoid accidents and ensure safe operation.
2、 Before starting the mechanical work, check whether the moving parts have been lubricated, then start and check whether the clutch and brake are normal, and run the machine idle for 1-3 minutes. It is strictly prohibited to operate the machine if there is a malfunction.
3、 When replacing the mold, the power should be turned off first, and the punching machine movement department should stop running before starting to install and debug the mold. After installation and adjustment, move the flywheel twice by hand to check whether the upper and lower molds are symmetrical and reasonable, whether the screws are firm, and whether the edge pressing ring is in a reasonable position.
4、 It is necessary to wait for all other personnel to leave the mechanical work area and remove the debris from the workbench before starting the power supply to start the machinery.
5、 After the accessory processing is started, one person is responsible for transporting materials and operating the machinery. Others are not allowed to press the power building or step on the foot switch board, nor can they put their hands into the mechanical work area or touch the moving parts of the machinery with their hands. During mechanical operation, it is strictly prohibited to insert hands into the sliding block working area, and it is strictly forbidden to use hands to take or place workpieces. When taking and placing workpieces in the die, tools that meet the standards must be used. If any abnormal noise or malfunction is found in the machinery, the power switch should be immediately turned off for inspection.
6、 At the end of work, the idle power should be turned off and the finished products, scraps, and miscellaneous items on the job should be sorted out to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
The above operating procedures must be consciously followed. Do not operate in violation of regulations. In the event of a malfunction, cooperate with maintenance personnel for inspection. In the event of an accident, immediately cut off the power supply and keep the on-site report to the factory for further processing. Any consequences caused by violating the operating procedures shall be borne by the parties involved.
